Swirlz and Kawaii is BACK!

Hi everyone! Swirlz and Kawaii is back! I was unable to get the old background back, so it's a tad different. There's going to be a lot more stuff here. Here's some stuff I am going to add.

Shops Category- For pixels, graphics, etc.
Rules Change- Christianity will be allowed to be discussed, or at least that is what I am thinking about. If you have an objection please PM me.
Groups- I am going to work on the groups. Not everyone can start a group at the same time, because if everyone started one then no one would join.
Moderators Training- I am getting mods nd training them.
